Prices

All prices are listed in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and taxes.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, and we are not liable for sold-out items, pricing errors, or typographical errors.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

The amount will not be charged to your account until the item is shipped. All payments are processed securely.

Delivery

We deliver throughout Denmark. Shipping is free.

We do not ship internationally, to the Faroe Islands, or to Greenland.

Shipping is handled by PostNord or GLS.

If there is no space available at the selected pickup location, the package will be automatically redirected to the nearest alternative pickup location. You will be notified of this.

Deliveries are made on weekdays.
Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days from the date of order. During busy periods, there may be minor delays.

The risk of loss or damage to the item passes to you upon delivery, in accordance with applicable law.

If a package is not picked up and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge for the cost of reshipping.

Right to Return

A 24-month warranty is provided in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act.

The right to file a complaint covers defects and deficiencies that were present at the time of delivery.

Depending on the situation, you may receive:

the item repaired
the item was exchanged
money back
a proportional reduction

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

In the event of a valid complaint, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered.

Right of withdrawal and 30-day return policy

You have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal.

At Pura Studio, we also offer an extended 30-day return policy starting from the day you receive your order. This extended return policy includes a risk-free trial period.

You can therefore try the product at home and return it within 30 days if it doesn't meet your expectations.

Packages sent without prior arrangement may be refused.
We do not accept cash-on-delivery packages.

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

You are responsible for the item during the return process until we have received it. We recommend that you ship it with tracking and keep the receipt.

Condition of the item upon return

You can try the product at home as part of the risk-free trial period.

To receive a full refund, the item must be returned in good condition, without any unnecessary damage or significant signs of use.

If the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to test it, a reasonable reduction in the refund may be applied based on the item's value.

Damaged packaging alone does not result in the return being rejected, but it may affect the value.

Refund

If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs (excluding any additional costs incurred by choosing a more expensive shipping method).

We will issue a refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of cancellation.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or proof that it has been returned.

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Processing time after receipt of the item is typically 7–10 business days.
