Right of withdrawal and extended return policy

As a consumer, you have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under Danish consumer law.

At Pura Studio, we also offer an extended return policy of 30 days from the day you receive your order. This extended return policy includes a risk-free trial period during which you can try out the product at home.

This means that you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it if it doesn't meet your expectations.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

If you wish to return your order, you must notify us within 30 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase.

Once we have received your inquiry, we will send you detailed instructions regarding the return.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item.

Packages sent without prior arrangement may be refused.
We do not accept cash-on-delivery packages.

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

You are responsible for the item during the return process until we have received it. We therefore recommend that you return the item using a tracking service and keep a copy of the shipping receipt.

Packages that are not picked up and are returned to us may result in a deduction to cover the cost of reshipping.

Condition of the item upon return

You can try the product at home as part of the risk-free trial period.

To receive a full refund, the item must be returned in good condition, without any unnecessary damage or significant signs of use.

You are only liable for any loss in value if the item has been handled in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to determine its nature and functioning.

If the item has been used beyond normal testing, there may be a minor reduction in the refund in some cases, based on the item's condition.

A return cannot be refused solely because the packaging is damaged, but missing or damaged original packaging may affect the value of the item.

Refund

Once we have received and processed your return, we will send you a confirmation email.

For approved returns:

The amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase
Refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of cancellation
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or proof that it has been returned

Any delivery charges will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

Processing time after receipt of the item is typically 7–10 business days.

Right to Return

Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you have a 24-month warranty on all items purchased from Pura Studio.

The warranty covers defects and deficiencies that were present at the time of delivery. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
