Free shipping in Denmark

We offer free shipping throughout Denmark.

Please note: We do not ship internationally, to the Faroe Islands, or to Greenland.

Shipping Methods

We ship our packages using the following shipping companies:

• PostNord

• GLS

The delivery method is automatically selected based on the fastest and most appropriate option.

If there is no space available at the selected pickup location, the package will automatically be redirected to the nearest alternative pickup location. You will always be notified directly by the shipping company if this happens.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 1–3 business days.

Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. on weekdays will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after that time will be shipped the next business day.

We deliver on all weekdays (Monday–Friday).

The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Delay

In the event of delays on the part of the shipping company, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible. However, Pura Studio cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
